Clear yellow with hints
of gold in the meniscus.
High foaming and
long persistence.
The bubble is fine and
rises steadily and constant
forming a rosary up
to the wreath surface.
Aromas of medium to high
intensity - white and fleshy
fruits reminiscent
of banana and peach,
with hints of crust
of bread and some
floral inclusions below.
We notice a tingling in
the mouth from the
carbonic that is slowly
emerging leaving the different aromas and flavours.
He is a Franc and balanced
and resurfaces the white
fruit aromas. Has a
long and pleasant end
with excellent sensations.
